Learning products and platforms

Education products live or die on completion, not sign-ups. That puts the weight on pacing, progress and the moment a learner would otherwise give up — and on an admin experience that does not punish the person running the course.

What usually goes wrong

The hard parts

  • 01Strong sign-up numbers and weak completion, with no instrumentation to explain the gap
  • 02Content tooling so awkward that educators avoid updating material
  • 03Traffic that arrives all at once — term start, exam week — and flattens the platform

What we get asked for

What we build

  • 01Course delivery platforms with progress and assessment
  • 02Authoring and admin tools built for non-technical staff
  • 03Cohort, enrolment and reporting systems
  • 04Mobile-first experiences for learners without a laptop

Before you build

What has to be right

  • Products used by under-18s carry additional obligations around consent and data handling in most jurisdictions. Scope that with your legal advisor early — it changes the data model, not just the privacy page.
  • Design for the slow device and the poor connection. In this sector they are the norm, not the edge case.
